Description
RH OpenShift uses `rsync` and `tar`([info](https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.7/nodes/containers/nodes-containers-copying-files.html)) to copy data to and from a pod we need to add those packages in case of an emergency we can get access to the data inside.
