Description

One Operator pattern is where an Operator creates resources outside the cluster. An example is an Operator that provides Custom Resources to create resource in the cloud - Cloud VMs or S3 buckets etc. We should support 'kubectl composition' and 'kubectl connections' for such resources as well.
