Description
Currently we support following resources in environment definition: RDS, DynamoDB.
We should add support for S3 similar to above two resources.

Start by locating the environment-definition handling for the existing RDS and DynamoDB resources and trace how those resources are represented. Add equivalent S3 support, then verify that an environment definition containing S3 is accepted and processed consistently with the existing resources.
