* Operating System Version:Win 10 and server 2016
* Deploying via (VirtualBox/VMWare/AWS/Azure/ESXi): Vmware
* Vagrant Version (if applicable):

### Description of the issue:Not able to reach wef and win10 from local PC or other hosts. From wef I can reach other hosts except win10. Same with Win10 also. Adapter is vmnet13. Same for all hosts and working fine.
