Description
Keeping track of new tools releases would be much simpler if there were an RSS feed available on that page that was just new releases. I looked into adding that with JBake, but it wasn't obvious from the docs and I got a cryptic "Can't load library" error trying to run it locally.

First steps
- Read the whole issue, then the project's contributing guide.

- Open a pull request that references the issue number.
Research direction
Start with the releases page and the JBake setup or documentation referenced in the issue, then reproduce the local "Can't load library" error. Done means the site exposes an RSS feed containing only new releases and the build path needed to generate it is understood.
