Description

Currently, the attributes that are used to mark column, tables like auto_inc, unique, etc are conflated in a single type. Properly separate them.

Research direction

Start with crates/primitives/src/attr.rs and trace where the single attribute type is used for columns and tables, including markers such as auto_inc and unique. Define the intended separation of attribute categories from those usages; done means column and table attributes are represented distinctly without breaking their consumers.
