Description
Follow-up from https://github.com/clockworklabs/SpacetimeDB/pull/5640.
In crates/core/src/host/scheduler.rs for prepare_scheduled_procedure_call and call_scheduled_reducer_until_done, errors from procedure_call_params_for_queued_item and reducer_call_params_for_queued_item combine datastore/BSATN failures with missing functions or invalid arguments.
The goal is to preserve the distinction so we can use appropriate log levels.

Research direction
Start in crates/core/src/host/scheduler.rs at prepare_scheduled_procedure_call and call_scheduled_reducer_until_done, then trace procedure_call_params_for_queued_item and reducer_call_params_for_queued_item. Preserve separate datastore/BSATN failures from missing functions or invalid arguments, so each category can receive an appropriate log level.
