Description
Follow-up from https://github.com/clockworklabs/SpacetimeDB/pull/5640.
crates/pg/src/pg_server.rs, response() combines expected client SQL errors with internal database failures. Preserve enough error classification for expected client failures to log at warn or lower while internal failures remain at error.

Research direction
Start in crates/pg/src/pg_server.rs at response() and review how PostgreSQL response errors are currently combined. Use the linked pull request as context for the follow-up, then preserve a distinction between expected client SQL errors and internal database failures so their logging levels can differ as requested.
