Description
Hi,
I'm wondering if Maincloud is reliable enough for production use-cases? It's not uncommon to see 20 minutes of downtime a day, with occasional spikes to 50 minutes: https://status.spacetimedb.com/
Are there any uptime guarantees, or is self-hosting the recommended way for now?

Research direction
Start by reviewing the uptime history at status.spacetimedb.com and the project’s existing production, hosting, or reliability documentation. Done would require a clear, maintained statement of uptime guarantees and whether self-hosting is recommended, but the issue does not identify a file or documentation location to change.
