Description

DESCRIPTION

The TypeScript bindings currently lack an rng field in ReducerContext.
In the existing implementations:

  • Rust uses ChaCha20 via its StdRng
  • .NET uses Xoshiro256 (Xoshiro256StarStar)

To maintain feature parity and deterministic behavior across bindings, we need to define and expose a matching RNG implementation for the TypeScript bindings.

TODO
  • Decide on a deterministic pseudorandom algorithm for JS/TS
  • Add to ReducerContext an aligned model with StdbRng for consistency
