Description
Currently, it is possible for clients to receive one-off query responses out-of-order with respect to other WebSocket messages, meaning that they may refer to a more-recent database state than the one reflected in the client cache. This has not caused problems yet, but strictly speaking is wrong. Fix it so that one-off query responses go through the BroadcastQueue, and are therefore received by the client in the same total order as all other messages.
