Description

See module-test-cs. We should determine if this is something we want or even can support. I'm labeling as bug in the meantime since it is supported in rust.

Research direction

Start with the module-test-cs changes and review discussion linked from the issue. Compare how a table named "private" is handled in the Rust path versus C# generation, then determine whether C# should support the same name. Done means the support decision is clear and the behavior is covered consistently if a fix is warranted.
