Description

It already allows ReducerContext.
It should also allow other parameters, passed via spacetime publish $db $p1 ... $pn.
The format of $pi is the same as in spacetime call.

Research direction

Start by tracing the #[spacetimedb::init] entry point and the spacetime publish command, then compare how spacetime call parses and passes parameters. Done means init accepts parameters in addition to ReducerContext, publish forwards arguments in the same format as call, and the relevant behavior is covered by tests.
