Description
It could be that some PSPs (hour booking types per project) like the one for travel time are not calculated as 100% work time. This is currently unknown and can therefore not be implemented into the calculation.
An option to manually define a list of PSP numbers and what percentage of those hours is calculated as work hours would be nice.
Should then be part of the settings page, see #13

Research direction
Start by reviewing the existing calculation logic and the settings page referenced in issue #13. Define how PSP numbers and their work-hour percentages should be entered and applied. Done means settings can store a list of PSP-specific percentages and calculations use those values instead of assuming 100% work time.
