Polish the extension aesthetics, implement micro-animations, and construct CHROMEWEBSTORE.md for store listing review preparation.

Refine styling tokens (CSS variables, smooth tab slide transitions, focus states). Audit DOM interactions for memory leaks. Create the CHROMEWEBSTORE.md detailing listing metadata, version lists, permissions explanations, and privacy policies.
Acceptance Criteria (Subtasks)
- Complete compliance with extension sandboxing: no dynamic scripts, no inline events, all CSS loads locally
- Interaction transition animations operate at a smooth 60fps
