Description
Currently `saml_reader.validation.graph_suite.py` is part of the SAML Reader application, but I really think it needs to be its own package and project, because doesn't have anything to do with SAML interpretation in and of itself.
I'll do this after I finish #2. I'll refrain from writing tests for that module for now.
