Description
Either as part of the comparison workflow or as a separate app (or both), read the metadata file and pull out the relevant information, including the:
- Issuer URI (Entity ID)
- SSO URL (POST and/or REDIRECT)
- Token signing certificate (and be able to export it as a cer file...could use this with issue #11)
