[NEW UI] No apparent option to sort

Issue Description:

For both the [home ](https://clearlydefined.io/?sort=releaseDate&sortDesc=true)(browse) and [workspace ](https://clearlydefined.io/workspace)pages, there does not appear to be any way to sort the data in the table.

I recall an option in the old UI to sort by score or license, descending or ascending, but I could of course be mistaken.

Regardless, the way the table columns are displayed suggests that one can filter (there is a "sort arrow" type thing) but it appears decorative and does not function .
