Description
I would like to request that the `Title` field on the individual curation form to have a default value of the component name and version number/commit ID (abbreviated).
If I go to https://clearlydefined.io/definitions/npm/npmjs/@babel/parser/7.11.2/7.11.2 and make a change, I would to see the title auto-populate like this:

This will help make it easier to tell what versions have an open curation and not have to pull up multiple PRs to see if they apply to the version I'm looking at.

Title Examples:
1. NuGet: https://github.com/clearlydefined/curated-data/pull/5741
1. GitHub: https://github.com/clearlydefined/curated-data/pull/5667
1. NPM: https://github.com/clearlydefined/curated-data/pull/5692
1. Maven: https://github.com/clearlydefined/curated-data/pull/5731

Research direction
Start at the individual curation form on clearlydefined.io and inspect how the Title field is initialized. Done means the field auto-populates with the component name and version number or abbreviated commit ID, matching the examples in the issue.
