Description
In a few cases like [openssl](https://github.com/openssl/openssl/blob/8b1549a153a62e9878327d05aa3b6622b416ec10/crypto/bf/blowfish.h) some components actually contain other open source components within them.
This is data we want to expose to users of the data. We'll need an affordance in the full details view to curate this information about the component.
May need to track with any [service changes](https://github.com/clearlydefined/service/issues/255) that are required.
