Description
I've tried from a couple different computers, tried logging in and out. Unfortunately I can't provide much more details in terms of what the actual error is, as it just says that it "Failed contribution" without further details.
This happens when I'm trying to curate the license of https://clearlydefined.io/definitions/nuget/nuget/-/Microsoft.VisualStudio.Validation/17.6.11
It happens if I do it directly from that URL, as well as if I did it through the search page's quick edit functionality.
Unfortunately, not sure how to work around this. I'm logged in with this github account while trying to edit.

Research direction
Reproduce the failure from the definition URL for Microsoft.VisualStudio.Validation/17.6.11 and from the search page's quick edit functionality while logged in with GitHub. Start by tracing where the generic “Failed contribution” message is produced and capture the underlying error. Done means the curation succeeds or the interface reports an actionable reason for failure.
