Unable to curate file level copyrights

There used to be an edit "pencil" icon next to the copyright field at the file level and that info gets pulled into the "Attributions" field. Sometimes there's a mistake or typo, however.

We need the ability to curate the file level copyright info (which will also fix the copyright info in the "Attributions" field.
