[Bug] Harvest page going blank when you try to update fields

Issue Description:

When on the [harvest page](https://clearlydefined.io/harvest), clicking in the first dropdown field and entering any text will cause the screen to go blank (white).

Using the drop-down menu (selecting a value from it) does not cause this problem, only manual entering of text into the field.

Steps to reproduce:

- Go to [harvest page](https://clearlydefined.io/harvest)
- Click in the first dropdown field (where you select the type of component you want to harvest)
- As soon as cursor is present, enter in any character (a single keystroke should do it)
- Bam! you are teleported to a blank page.
