Description
Some bundles (eg https://clearlydefined.io/definitions/maven/mavencentral/org.osgi/osgi.annotation/8.1.0 ) do store their license in META-INF/LICENSE. It seems to me that as part of the discovery, ClearlyDefined fails at interpreting that file as the LICENSE description and this results in a relatively bad score (consistency=0 and others)
