@nellshamrell - can you look into these?

• https://clearlydefined.io/definitions/maven/mavencentral/com.github.hypfvieh/dbus-java/3.3.0 – incorrectly identified the licenses on the COPYING file
• https://clearlydefined.io/definitions/maven/mavencentral/com.github.jnr/jnr-posix/3.1.4 - incorrectly identified LGPL-3.0, which is both not a valid SPDX nor is it in the harvested data
• https://clearlydefined.io/definitions/maven/mavencentral/org.eclipse.collections/eclipse-collections/11.0.0.M3 – incorrectly put AND instead of OR
• https://clearlydefined.io/definitions/maven/mavencentral/org.eclipse.collections/eclipse-collections-api/11.0.0.M3 - incorrectly put AND instead of OR
