For this component - https://clearlydefined.io/definitions/gem/rubygems/-/compass/1.0.3 - the LICENSE.markdown file was marked as "MIT."
However, it does not say "MIT" on the file and it does not match the MIT License. This should have resulted in a "NOASSERTION."
