I receive a "Failed contribution" error when curating on Edge. It works curating on Chrome.

Im also not seeing the [PR I opened](https://github.com/clearlydefined/curated-data/pull/10051) in the "Curations" section on the definition page: https://clearlydefined.io/definitions/nuget/nuget/-/Stubble.Core/1.6.3.
