[GitHub API] Deprecation notice for authentication via URL query parameters

On February 3rd, 2020 at 22:31 (UTC) your application (ClearlyDefined) used an access token (with the User-Agent passport-github) as part of a query parameter to access an endpoint through the GitHub API.

Please use the Authorization HTTP header instead as using the `access_token` query parameter is deprecated.

Start by locating the GitHub API request for /user/emails and check whether the access_token is being sent as a query parameter. Replace that authentication usage with the Authorization HTTP header, then verify that the request still succeeds without the deprecated parameter.
