Queue recent versions for harvesting from origins API calls

When a user calls origins api for listing versions, we should queue up the 10 most recent versions of the component for harvesting.

This API gets called when someone looks to switch or add additional versions of a definition in the workspace. If a user is interacting at this level, we can assume that this component is interesting and we should make an effort to get more data about it and make sure the latest scans are available for the most recent version.
