Investigate Definition and Notice Discrepancies in Integration Tests

After updating ScanCode to the latest version (see PR https://github.com/clearlydefined/crawler/pull/650), our integration tests are showing discrepancies when comparing definitions and notices between dev and prod deployment. These differences need to be investigated to determine whether they are valid improvements introduced by the update or potential issues.

If any of the changes are legitimate enhancements, we should update the relevant test fixtures to reflect them.
