Tried to update a GitHub Source Location through the GUI and got an error

Working with the GUI, I tried to update the source Location for https://clearlydefined.io/definitions/gem/rubygems/-/a_la_chart/0.1.7

I found the GitHub location from the Rubygems page:

https://rubygems.org/gems/a_la_chart/versions/0.1.7 --> https://github.com/mobi/a_la_chart

The pop-up window seems to accept the data but when I tried to do CONTRIBUTE, it started a pull request and then returned the error in the screenshot:

Not sure where to go from here?? Any help appreciated as always!!!
