Proprietary licensed Pypi packages

@nellshamrell - We have had a number of Microsoft Pypi packages that have needed human curation because I think the tooling is not sure what to do with "Other/Proprietary License" in the license field - e.g. https://pypi.org/project/azureml-pipeline/1.34.0/.

Can we have the ClearlyDefined tooling auto-curate these as "OTHER"?

I think if the crawlers pick up "Proprietary" in the license field on Pypi.org (and probably the other package types too), we can auto-curate those as "OTHER" in the 'declared' license field.
