Description
Hello!
[Chardet 3.0.2](https://clearlydefined.io/definitions/pypi/pypi/-/chardet/3.0.2) reports a declared license identified by the clearlydefiend 1.3.1 crawler as GPLv3 or later.
However, the files themselves are marked LGPLv2.1 and [PyPi also lists LGPL](https://pypi.org/project/chardet/3.0.2/).
It is unclear where CD is getting the license from - this could be a bug in the crawler.
