[documentation] add guide of issue types

Guide should be similar to the one in Datalab: https://docs.cleanlab.ai/master/cleanlab/datalab/guide/index.html

For each type of issue CleanVision can detect, should summarize:
1. how this issue is defined (and its quality-score)
2. example images with this issue
3. what are the implications of this issue if detected in your data and what actions can you take to mitigate
4. what optional parameters/arguments can you specify to exert greater control over the check for this issue type

Start with the linked Datalab guide and identify every issue type that CleanVision can detect. For each type, document its definition and quality score, example images, implications and mitigations, and optional parameters; the guide is complete when all four areas are covered for every issue type.
