Dragging into multiple parent containers

Is it possible to drag and drop child elements into multiple and different parent containers? For example, if there is one container containing a list of ingredients for spaghetti and another container with a list of ingredients for lasagna, can you drag and drop ingredients from one list to another. Also, can you drag and drop between the parent containers themselves (in this case, the spaghetti and lasagna lists)?
