Description
It seems as though when I have a bunch of divs setup as a table with `display: table` and `display: table-cell`, transition animations don't work. I can still drag and drop rows, but the elements don't slide up or down while dragging. I don't have this issue in mobile, chrome, or firefox. Any ideas?
