[experimental] Include snapCenterToCursor modifier

For a smoother migration to the new experimental version, it would be great if the `snapCenterToCursor` modifier could be included by default, as it was in previous versions.

I know the documentation explains how to create custom modifiers, but snapCenterToCursor is a fairly common use case.
