[experimental] Error when dropping item from top to bottom

So I tried the new version, but saw the following error. However, I could not fix it :/

As you can see on the video, if you drag an object further down than the object above it is high, it is buggy.

Start by reproducing the failure in the linked Storybook example, react-sortable-multiple-lists--example, using the attached video as the scenario. Trace the drag from the top toward the bottom and identify the reported error; done means that move completes without the bug and the list ordering remains correct.
