Description
Update: the UI to have some space for a list of content descriptions.
Use Scene Data as initial timings and thumbnails.
Edit the descriptions
Later: Add new descriptions at the current timespot.
Later: Save updated descriptions back to server (just like the captions)
Later: Other forms of media.
