Jumping to a timestamp issue

Clicking on the timestamps next to the transcriptions usually doesn't jump to the selected timestamp (typically the timestamp before it). For example, if I click on 00:25, it will jump to 00:23 instead in the following link. If I click on 00:17, though, it will jump to 00:17 no problem.
