Integration of notebooks resources with JupyterLab

It is often desirable to run notebooks contained in MLX in JupyterLab

Have one click deployment from MLX to the JupyterLab

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
Manual upload of notebook to JupyterLab and run !pip install requirements.txt
