Description
Hi!
I am wondering if it is possible to define a dynamic embedding space with lookup parameters. First, we begin with a small embedding space, then we remove some lookup parameters and update it with new parameters, and so on. Is it possible?

Research direction
The issue does not name any files, tests, or entry points. Begin by locating DyNet's lookup-parameter and embedding-space APIs, then determine whether removing and adding parameters during use is supported. Done would require a decided design and corresponding implementation or documentation, but the issue currently leaves the expected behavior unspecified.
