Curated lists

It should be possible for user to build curated lists of datasets they find interesting, sort of a pinboard for datasets. This will make it possible to share those lists and provide extra information around them, and how they might be used together. Sort of like storify for CKAN. On CKAN instances with lots of datasets it is often hard to find and keep track of related datasets that might be useful together.

I have seen demand for a feature like for from multiple sources.
