Description
Now that CKAN has multi-format datastore dumps (https://github.com/ckan/ckan/pull/3390), it'd be great if we can have a more user-friendly way to expose the formats to users beyond the datastore dump API endpoint.
The ideal behavior should be similar to what's done on Socrata -
