Description
As part of developing a metadata standard for published Open Datasets, I've been striving to align with the ODI certificates (https://certificates.theodi.org/overview) for best practice. In doing this, I've found an expert level certificate requires additional metadata definitions/libraries.
As CKAN is the platform being used, it would be great to see if anyone is currently working on plugins to enable functionality in CKAN with ODRS (http://schema.theodi.org/odrs/), PROV (http://www.w3.org/TR/prov-primer/) and even, as a long shot, the Australia/New Zealand spatial framework - ANZLIC (http://www.anzlic.gov.au/).
