Description
Where external services/workers are in use, for instance datapusher, harvester etc, it would be awesome to had a tab on the admin page to view information about the status of these services. Whilst interacting with them would probably be a huge amount of work, just viewing statistics such as datapusher backlog, harvester # per stage would be very beneficial.
As a sysadmin
I would like to be able to see metrics related to CKAN services
So that I can better understand how my system is running.

I would like to be able to see the datapusher backlog
So that I can explain to my users why the Data API button isn't there yet.
