Create a User about page, consistent with Org/Group about page behavior

Description
Right now, Orgs and Groups have an about page, which is populated by the Description field in their respective forms. This is displayed in the sidebar, and after a certain length, a 'read more...' link is created and goes to the associated about page for the org/group.
Users, OTOH, have an About field, which just populates the sidebar, without the 'read more...' functionality.
Why not make User About functionality similar to Org/Group?
