Description
Since 11 July 2016 MapQuest requires an AppKey in order to load tiles. ckanext-spatial configured to use MapQuest displays an error message directing users to [MapQuest's blog](http://devblog.mapquest.com/2016/06/15/modernization-of-mapquest-results-in-changes-to-open-tile-access/) instead of the map tiles.
