Description
Would it be possible to include in the readme the guidelines for installation of package. I tried to install it with help of https://lists-archive.okfn.org/pipermail/ckan-dev/2016-September/021671.html but I didn't succeed.
I have the following in my log:
`Traceback (most recent call last):

sys.exit(run())

Any help is welcome!

Research direction
Start with the README and the linked CKAN installation guidance, then compare them with the reported paster traceback, especially the scheming_datasets plugin failure. Document the installation steps and any required plugin setup in the README, with completion confirmed by a clear path through installation without the reported error.
