Organisations - display snippet = null leaves a '-' on the page

Hi,
I noticed today when adding a custom Organisation schema that when I have set the display snippet to null for a number of the fields, on the About page I get a - with neither the field name (before) or value (after).
I will take a look next week and see about fixing it but wanted to get it recorded.

Start by reproducing the issue on the About page with a custom Organisation schema whose display snippets are set to null. Trace how those fields are rendered and confirm that fields with null snippets no longer leave an isolated '-' without a field name or value.
